Lower Church Construction Update

This page is your Go To location for updates of our donations and progress. The progress will be presented in chronological order by Phase. The lower church renovation project is being managed by EG Stoltzfus Construction and affiliated subcontractors as identified.
Step 1 - Asbestos and mold remediation (PCS Power Component Systems)
Phase 1 includes:
Step 2 - Flooring removal and demolition (PCS Power Component Systems)
Step 3 - Excavation for plumbing which includes concrete saw cutting and removal (Delda Excavating and Demolition)
Step 4 - Plumbing rough in for future kitchen and bathroom (Haller Enterprises)
Step 5 - Stone fill and 4” of finished concrete slab (Delda Excavating and Demolition/Steffy’s Concrete)
Step 6 - Partition wall and entry foyer (Christ High & Son)
Step 7 - Doors and trim (Lezzer Lumber/High Mountain Hardware)
Step 8 - Structural support for future kitchen partition wall (Christ High & Son)
Step 9 - Drywall installation (Enck Bros Drywall)
Step 10 - Electrical rough in (Haller Enterprises)
